- Patient Assessment & Care: Perform initial patient check-ins, record vital signs, and execute essential bedside care (e.g., changing dressings, bathing, and feeding).
- Medication Administration: Prepare, administer, and track medications and intravenous (IV) fluids while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Collaboration: Assist doctors during ward rounds and medical procedures, ensuring seamless communication across the healthcare team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed medical records regarding patient progress and treatment.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, preventative care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
