- Update and maintain the Salesperson Work Report on a daily basis and submit reports to management.
- Create and maintain monthly worksheets for sales tracking and reporting.
- Update and submit daily sales reports to management.
- Collect daily sales updates from the sales team and prepare management reports.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Coordinate daily with the sales team regarding ongoing sales activities and updates.
- Follow up with sales team members on order status, customer requirements, and pending tasks.
- Coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) with distributors and internal departments.
- Verify order details, including products, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Track pending orders and follow up to ensure timely processing and execution.
- Manage the Distributor Onboarding & Engagement Protocol Checklist and update records regularly.
- Add newly appointed distributors to onboarding records and maintain all related documentation.
- Coordinate Distributor Appointment Form (DAF) communication and documentation.
- Send DAF forms, agreement emails, welcome emails, and other onboarding communications to new distributors.
- Maintain distributor records, including KYC documents, GST certificates, agreements, and registration details.
- Send welcome emails and onboarding communications to newly onboarded distributors and customers.
- Maintain and regularly update the Salesperson Sample Product List based on information received from the Accounts Department.
- Prepare and circulate new product launch communications to distributors, customers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and logistics teams for smooth order processing and execution.
- Monitor packing and dispatch status and share timely updates with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Send daily coordination emails regarding order status, dispatch updates, and priority actions.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, accounts, warehouse, logistics, and management teams.
- Assist in resolving distributor and customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate video conference meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of sales reports, distributor documents, communications, and operational activities.
- Support management with data analysis, business reports, and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and documentation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of business data and records.
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Perform any additional tasks, assignments, duties, or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time based on business requirements
