Job Overview

- Reporting To: Construction Manager
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 7–9 years (Utility-scale solar, infrastructure, or EPC preferred).
Role Summary
Responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all site civil construction activities (land development, roads, foundations, control buildings) while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution: Supervise grading, piling, roads, drainage, MMS foundations, inverter/transformer foundations, and building works.
- Planning: Develop daily/weekly schedules, track contractor progress, manage site logs, and resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Quality & Coordination: Verify contractor measurements, inspect incoming civil materials, and coordinate seamlessly with electrical and design teams.
Key Skills
- Expertise in civil foundations, RCC structures, and site development.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, BOQs, and manage contractors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
