Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests efficiently
- Manage table reservations and customer bookings
- Coordinate with the restaurant team for smooth guest service
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with menu details, waiting time, and order-related queries
- Maintain customer records and daily front desk reports
- Support billing and payment coordination with the accounts/team
- Ensure a positive customer experience from arrival to departure
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/front desk area

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
- 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setup
- Good understanding of customer service operations
- Basic knowledge of restaurant reservations and billing coordination
