JOB PROFILE – PRODUCTION ENGINEER
KEY RESPONSIBLE AREAS
Ø To handle Complete Production Process from receipt PO till dispatch of goods with the help of present Production team by doing follow ups and take out the work from them.
Ø To design and set Production SOP whenever it is required for scope of improvement.
Ø Develop More vendors /suppliers for faster production and better-quality products.
Ø Reporting to head office day to day for all work updates.
JOB LOCATION – VASAI EAST
JOB TIMING – 9:30 AM TILL 6:30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
CANDIDATE SELECTION CRITERIA – Need 1 TO 2 years of Experience in production planning of hydraulics or engineering products and can be able to handle production team.
CANDIDATE EDUCATION – Diploma or Degree Mechanical Engineer, Production engineer, Piping Engineer, Hydraulics engineer, ITI engineer.
SALARY – NEGOTIABLE.
DETAILS OF JOB PROFILE
Take PO Print and file it as records.
Prepare excel sheet for all PO line items – One excel sheet
Not in stock report to prepare PO wise. – One excels sheet
Prepare list of items /qty. to manufacture as per PO due date. – On excel sheet
Raw material purchase planning for each PO.- on excel sheet
Vendor machine booking planning for each PO as per due date. – on excel sheet.
Vendors /suppliers PO to prepare.
Take Vendor PO rates from Mehul sir by mail.
Send Vendor PO to respective Vendors /suppliers by mail / mobile / call.
Take print out vendor PO & file it.
To take MTC / UT reports from raw materials suppliers for each PO.
Respective items drawings / gauges / assembly parts to arrange for vendors.
To visit each vendor for checking of parts with vendor PO/vernier/gauges/assembly parts to ensure that it is as per approval criteria only.
If rejected, then tell vendor to make new one.
Arrange to collect goods from vendor to our warehouse.
1 st QC check to be done on sampling basis each incoming items with QC checking criteria.
Prepare GRN report with QC approval /rejection.
Rejected goods send back to vendors to make new one.
Approved goods to send it to plating /buffing or any 2 nd operation.
Prepare vendor PO / excel GST challen for the above work.
Arrange to collect /ask vendors to send back goods with in time frame.
Prepare GRN reentry as recd the same items /qty as per vendor PO or not?
Check plating QC as per criteria.
Handover items to packing department for further dispatch planning.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
