Nisiki is a leading manufacturer of high-precision electro-mechanical components and a Total Solution Provider serving 600+ OEM customers. The role is responsible for ensuring that engineering, quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently maintained through systematic inspections, testing, documentation, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position will work closely with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure that products and processes meet defined specifications and customer requirements.
Basic Requirements:
1) Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication.
2) Professional Experience: Min One to Four years.
3) Basic Location: Bhiwandi, Thane.
4) Excellent verbal & written communication.
5) Basic computer knowledge of MS-Office.
6) Ability to adjust to and work with teams.
7) Willingness to travel.
Additional Requirements:
a) Strong practical understanding of electrical and electronic circuits.
b) Good knowledge of AC/DC systems, PCB, electronic components and motor/fan technology.
c) Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and PCB layouts.
d) Practical troubleshooting skills using multimeter, LCR meter, oscilloscope, Megger/Hi-Pot and other relevant instruments.
e) Ability to identify failures at component, PCB, motor and system level.
f) Knowledge of IQC/QMS processes, RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D and CAPA.
g) Ability to prepare technical investigation and customer complaint reports.
h) Willingness to visit customer sites independently for complaint investigation and technical troubleshooting.
i) Good communication and coordination skills for interaction with customers, suppliers, Production and R&D teams.
j) Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint for quality documentation and reporting.
k) Candidate should have a strong ownership and problem-solving attitude and be capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
