Job Description – Senior Executive

Reporting To: Senior Manager – HR
Role Purpose
The Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across business functions and supporting a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build talent pipelines for Sales, Marketing, Retail, Operations, Warehouse, and Support functions.
- Coordinate salary negotiations and issue offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.
- Meet hiring timelines and recruitment KPIs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure completion of basic onboarding documentation.
- Assist in organizing new hire induction programs and facilitate a smooth joining experience.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Retail, Distribution, FMCG, or Telecom is preferred.
