Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development & Instruction:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the higher secondary physics curriculum.
- Deliver engaging lectures and discussions to explain complex physics principles in an understandable way.
- Create and assign homework, classwork, and other assignments to reinforce learning.
- Hands-on Learning & Assessment:
- Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments to demonstrate physics concepts and encourage hands-on learning.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Student Support & Development:
- Provide extra support, coaching, and mentoring to students needing academic assistance.
- Prepare students for standardized tests and competitive exams in physics.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an interest in physics.
- Professionalism & Collaboration:
- Stay current with the latest developments in physics education, new teaching tools, and the subject matter itself.
- Collaborate with other faculty members, department heads, and parents to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
