· Strong knowledge of overseas education systems and processes.
· Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
· Talk with the prospect/leads on the phone/dialer so as to convert the leads
· Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
· Responsible for reaching out to prospective students and follow-ups on a daily basis.
· Counsel the students/parents on the phone/in person and give them the right options for courses.
· Responsible for generating walk-ins by ensuring regular follow-ups of prospective students.
· Assisting Students in the admission process and fee collection.
· Informing students about updates in a timely manner
· Meet application and visa targets
Required skills and qualifications
Ø Minimum degree : Bachelors
Ø Minimum experience: 1 year in same company
Work Location: Kochi
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
