Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, and customer coordination. The candidate should have knowledge of online sales platforms and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Meesho, etc.
- Maintain physical stock and inventory records properly
- Update product details, pricing, stock, and images regularly
- Process and track online orders and dispatches
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for timely delivery
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare reports
- Manage inventory updates and avoid stock mismatches
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and offers
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Physical stock handling and inventory management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- MS Excel and computer knowledge
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of online order management
