Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ensure market coverage and product visibility
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain regular market visit reports and coordination with internal teams
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in field sales and market operations
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable
- Prior FMCG sales exposure will be preferred
