Job Description – Export Executive Job Summary
The Export Executive will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with international clients only, managing export related inquiries, documentation support, order follow ups, and client relationship handling. The nature of work remains similar to the Sales Executive profile, with the key difference that all coordination is performed with overseas / global clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate exclusively with international clients through calls, emails, and online communication platforms. Handle client inquiries, order status follow-ups, and project coordination for export customers. Maintain professional relationships with global buyers and ensure smooth client communication. Support export-related documentation sharing, updates, and coordination with internal teams. Assist in developing new international business opportunities through inbound and outbound communication. Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns. Maintain records of client communication, order updates, and follow-up status. Coordinate with internal sales, logistics, and documentation teams for export requirements. Work toward business targets assigned to international client accounts. Ensure outstanding payment follow-ups for assigned international accounts. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred international client handling experience). Customer handling, coordination, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple client interactions professionally. Positive learning attitude and problem-solving approach. Time-management and ability to work under deadlines.
Experience in B2B or client coordination roles preferred (Freshers may also apply). Qualification
Graduate (any stream) — preference to candidates with exposure to export or international business coordination.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
