Level: Consultant
As a Consultant, Technical Transformation in Deloitte Consulting’s AI & Engineering practice, you will deliver Guidewire-focused technology solutions that help clients modernize core insurance platforms. You will work across requirements, development, testing, and deployment activities while producing high-quality work products within defined timelines. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply engineering capabilities to industry-specific business challenges.
Work you’ll do:
As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to support sector-aligned solution delivery.- Design, configure, and develop Guidewire integration components and application enhancements across the software development lifecycle.
- Support deployment, defect resolution, and quality review activities to help maintain delivery standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives that improve project outcomes.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
3-6 years of experience in Guidewire configuration or integration- Experience with Guidewire platform upgrades
- Experience with GOSU, web services, and XML
- Experience designing and developing Guidewire integration components or configuring PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter
- Experience writing GOSU code
- Experience estimating technical work products
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Guidewire Specialist, Associate Certified Engineer, or Cloud certification- Experience with CodeNarc or similar tools
- Experience with current Guidewire Cloud versions
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
