Davadost Pharma is looking for dynamic, sales-oriented pharmacists to join our rapidly growing retail chain.
What You Will Do:
Expert Dispensing: Handle prescriptions with precision and manage digital billing.
The "Generic" Mission: Educate customers and promote high-quality branded Generic Medicines to make healthcare affordable.
Growth Driver: Actively engage in cross-selling and upselling wellness products, vitamins, supplements, and beauty care.
Community Outreach: Step out of the counter! Lead health camps and leaflet distribution to drive customer footfall.
Operational Excellence: Conduct daily self-audits to prevent shrinkage and vigilantly monitor "Near-to-Expiry" stock to ensure zero wastage.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: B.Pharm / D.Pharm with a valid PCI Registration of the respective state (Mandatory).
Knowledge: Sound understanding of salt names, medicines, and healthcare products.
Flexibility : Ready to work in all shifts to serve our customers better.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a "customer-first" sales mindset.
