Job Opportunity: Market Research Promoters & Supervisors (Immediate Joining)
We are hiring dynamic and energetic individuals for a full-time field market research and brand activation campaign for a leading cigarette brand in Mumbai.
Position Titles
- Field Promoters (40 Vacancies)
- Field Supervisors (04 Vacancies)
Job Profile & Responsibilities
- On-Field Engagement: Stationed at designated retail outlets (Pan shops) to interact directly with adult consumers.
- Consumer Research: Collect valuable feedback and insights regarding product preferences using standard questionnaires.
- Brand Awareness: Introduce consumers to the product and encourage trial/sampling.
- Reporting (For Supervisors): Manage a team of promoters, track daily targets, and ensure smooth operations across assigned locations.
Location & Coverage
Candidates will be assigned to routes closest to their residential location:
- Western Line: Borivali to Churchgate
- Central Line: Thane to CST
- Harbour Line: Vashi to CST
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Minimum 21 years (Strictly mandatory due to product compliance)
- Education/Experience: Freshers are welcome! Prior experience in event management, sales, or promo activations is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (Fluency in Hindi/local language + basic English is required).
- Appearance: Presentable, confident, and well-groomed.
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Salary: ₹22,000/- per month (Take-home)
- Timings: 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Sundays off)
