- Corporate Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across industries.
- Develop customized insurance solutions for corporate accounts (group health, liability, property, etc.).
- Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers to deliver optimal client solutions.
- Key Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Act as a strategic advisor for risk management and insurance planning.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the corporate sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and MIS reporting.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with technical, operations, and claims teams to deliver seamless client servicing.
- Coordinate with insurers and TPAs for quotations, underwriting, and claims support.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all corporate sales practices comply with IRDAI regulations.
- Maintain transparency and ethical standards in client interactions.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare reports on corporate sales performance, pipeline, and revenue growth.
- Present insights and strategies to senior management and the board.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or Business Administration.
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate insurance products and broking practices.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing large corporate accounts.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
