We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer who thrives in industrial contexts, understands spatial branding, and can lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence.
Qualification: Graduate degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in industrial, commercial, or high-end residential interior design
Work Mode: Work from Office
Weekly Off: Every Tuesday
Pay Scale: as per industry Standards and it totally depends upon the technical test.
Note: Candidate must have own Laptop
Role Summary:
As a Senior Interior Designer at Interiosplash, you’ll lead design strategy and execution for large-scale projects. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, and vendors to deliver spaces that reflect brand identity, operational efficiency, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design execution for luxury interior projects
Collaborate with clients to understand vision, lifestyle, and functional needs
Develop mood boards, layouts, material palettes, and 3D visualizations
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for seamless execution
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews
Stay updated on global luxury design trends and innovations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design or Architecture
7+ years of experience in luxury interiors (residential, hospitality, or retail)
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design sensibilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering tools
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
