Job Title: Backend Operations Executive (F&B)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Backend Operations Executive to support daily operations and reporting. The role involves menu management, payout reconciliation, report formations and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update menus across food delivery platforms and POS systems.
- Coordinate menu modifications, pricing updates, and product listings.
- Prepare and maintain payout and reconciliation reports.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Monitor data accuracy and maintain operational records.
- Support backend processes and administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
