AKPIS Professionals is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Counselor to guide students regarding international professional courses such as IFRS, US CMA, US CPA, EA, CIA, QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, and US GAAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain student records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Education Counseling / Academic Counseling / Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and lead management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
