Action Veda is a marketing and branding agency helping businesses build impactful brands and digital presence. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who is eager to learn, grow, and build with us.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and the team.
What We're Looking For
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and open to feedback.
- Someone who wants to grow long-term and be part of building something meaningful.
