We are looking for a Senior AI Automation Specialist who can design, build, and deploy end-to-end automations across the company using tools like n8n, AI/LLM APIs, and supporting integrations. This person will be a hands-on builder and an internal enabler — someone the MD can train directly, who in turn trains and assists staff across departments. The goal is to embed automation into ERP documentation maintenance, business-development research, design workflows, and any department that needs process support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build automation workflows in n8n (and similar tools) connecting our ERP, CRM, email, WhatsApp, documents, and AI models.
Identify repetitive, manual, or research-heavy tasks across departments and convert them into reliable automations.
Automate ERP documentation maintenance — record generation, validation, syncing, and reporting.
Build deep-research automations for business development (market, competitor, lead, and customer research).
Support design and content workflows with AI-assisted generation and quality checks.
Act as an internal automation consultant — any department needing support can approach this person.
Train and upskill other employees; help the MD scale automation literacy across teams.
Maintain, monitor, and improve deployed automations; ensure reliability, error handling, and documentation.
Evaluate new AI tools and recommend where they add real business value.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years in automation/integration/software, with demonstrable n8n (or comparable: Make, Zapier, Power Automate) production experience.
Strong working knowledge of AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI/Claude/etc.), prompt engineering, and building AI-driven workflows.
Solid API integration skills (REST, webhooks, JSON), and basic scripting (JavaScript/Python).
Strong analytical and problem-decomposition skills — can break a messy business process into automatable steps.
Ability to work with databases and ERP data structures.
Excellent communication; able to train non-technical staff clearly.
Good-to-Have
Experience in manufacturing, agri, or dairy/FMCG operations.
Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business API, document/OCR automation.
Experience building internal AI assistants or RAG/deep-research pipelines.
Self-hosting/DevOps basics (Docker, server deployment of n8n).
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related (or equivalent proven experience).
Portfolio or examples of automations built and business impact delivered
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
