Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Operator to represent the company on the ground across Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs), government offices, and vendors in Bengaluru. Each day you follow a planned route, so you can focus on completing every task accurately and capturing clear proof that it is done. The role is built on trust and ownership — you carry your route from start to finish, and the accuracy of the records we rely on depends on the care you put into every stop. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field and takes pride in work that genuinely matters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Route Execution
- Follow the planned route for the day, visiting each Sub-Registrar Office, government office, or vendor in the assigned order.
- Arrive at each location on time and represent the company professionally with officials and vendors.
- Carry the correct documents and context for each visit so every task can be completed in one go.
2*.Coordination & Reporting*
- Report any blocker (office closed, official unavailable, incorrect document) promptly to the operations team so it can be reassigned, rather than changing the route independently.
- Forward any client or customer queries to the relevant team instead of handling them directly.
- Close out the day by reporting completed and pending stops, so the next day's route can be planned accurately.
3*.Requirements & Qualifications*
- Education: Graduate in any stream preferred; candidates with strong relevant field experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Some experience in field roles — document collection, client visits, logistics, delivery, or similar — is a plus, but we will train the right person.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bengaluru localities and routes; awareness of Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) environments is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in Kannada is essential for coordinating with local offices and vendors; working English and basic Hindi are preferred.
- Technology: Comfortable using a smartphone app to view routes, update task status, and upload proof.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to various locations across Bengaluru daily.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership
- Attention to detail and accuracy in capturing and recording proof
- Clear communication and prompt escalation of issues
- Time management and the ability to work independently in the field
- Professional, courteous conduct when representing the company
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
