We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients and businesses to promote company services/products
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct meetings and product presentations
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with potential customers regularly
- Submit daily visit and sales reports
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong confidence and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel locally
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
