· Taking Care of Fire NOC related all concern
· Implementing & Monitoring of safety systems
· Solid Waste Management handling and Produce
· Issuing work permit and required personal protective equipments for hot, electrical, CIP, chemical handling, vessel entry and general works.
· Monitoring fire fighting systems with their required service and maintenance.
· Identifying hazards, Unsafe conditions & acts and recommending remedial action
· Managing legal & regulatory compliance
· Conducting in-house, on site, inductions training
· Accident Investigation and reporting with remedial actions
· Conducting Safety Committee meeting, Mock drill and internal audits and reporting to the management
· Measuring noise at work place & ambient conditions, thickness of pressure valves, oxygen level for vessel entry and toxic gas leak
· Evaluation of contractors, Preparing Operational Control Procedures & Emergency procedures with specific environmental issues First Aids
· Fire Fighting, Risk Assessment ,Reduce unsafe acts
· Ambient Air Monitoring, Noise monitoring, Water testing, Plantation Monitoring.
· Dust controlling in construction area using water sprinklers
· Contact safety training to worker like creating the awareness about dust particles
· All Type of Data Logger Noise Meter
· Planting CO2( global warming) reduce plants
· Raw Water treatments like RO, UV, Chlorination, Softener, ACF, MGF
· Possessing Statutory and regulatory requirements for our Red large Category industry in accordance with TNPCB officials for air, water cess act and AAQ survey.
· Environment Surveillance and Waste Management as per statutory and corporate requirements
· Treating the industrial effluent by chemical & biological processes (ASP & UASBR) & STP Maintaining and Parameters to meet the pollution control board norms.
· Effluent Analysis, Recording, documentation and reporting to management and PCB as per request
