Role & responsibilities:
Audits, Documentation & Compliance:
- Internal Quality Audits: Plan, execute, and lead internal quality audits and validation processes across various departments to ensure system health.
- ISO & EN Frameworks: Maintain absolute compliance and documentation readiness for ISO and EN (Aerospace) standards, serving as a key point of contact during external audits.
- Standards Maintenance: Continuously monitor, update, and enforce company and industry quality standards across all production/operational lines.
NC Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
- Non-Conformance (NC) Management: Track, log, and monitor all non-conformances from identification through to closure.
- CAPA & Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into quality failures using quality methodologies.
- Training Integration: Bridge the gap between quality failures and human error by implementing targeted training interventions based on RCA findings.
Training Management & Skill Evaluation:
- Plan vs. Actual Monitoring: Track the execution of the company’s annual training plan, measuring "Plan vs. Actual" metrics and addressing gaps in training delivery.
- Training: Oversee the technical training and structured evaluation of new employees to ensure they meet quality benchmarks before entering production.
- Skill Matrix: Own and maintain the organizational Skill Matrix, ensuring it accurately reflects current employee capabilities and identifying areas requiring cross-training.
Calibration & Process Control:
- Instruments & Calibration: Manage the calibration schedules, verification, and maintenance of all measurement instruments and tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- New Process Implementation: Partner with engineering and operations to implement new processes, establishing the necessary quality controls and validation protocols.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Education: BE Mechanical or any related field.
- Experience: 5-8years as a QA Engineer, preferably in an environment governed by ISO 9001 and EN 9100.
- Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools and Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA) procedures
- Hands-on experience with calibration systems and tracking metrology equipment
- Proficiency in tracking metrics (specifically Training Plan vs. Actual)
- Strong communication and leadership skills to conduct employee evaluations and deliver training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
