- 4+ years in Product Management
- 4+ years in Stakeholder Management
- 8+ years in , Requirement Management
- 4+ years in Agile Product Delivery
- 4+ years’ experience with Agile/Scrum practices& tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Basic technical understanding of product architecture and APIs
- Good to have EDRM domain knowledge
- The Product Management team is looking for Product Manager/s to help build and deliver innovative software solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with the Product Head, Engineering team and support customers. You will also be responsible for –
a. Listen to Customer/s, understand, and gather their perspective.
b. Identify and drive organization-level outcomes
c. Gather requirements and prioritize the same based on Business benefits and Product Roadmap
d. Coordinate with Engg. team for feature development with functional testing
e. Communicate the progress through clear leading indicators.
f. Agile product delivery
g. Owning and leading product requirement and feature analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
