Join a fast-paced global operations team handling structured documentation, workflow coordination, and process execution for international clients.
Role includes:
- Reviewing and processing document requests
- Preparing and managing client-facing documentation
- Email-based work allocation and response handling
- Maintaining workflow accuracy on internal systems
- Data validation, document checks, and quality control
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to complete process milestones
- Working on external sites, deadline-driven operational tasks
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate
- 0–4 years experience in BPO / back-office / operations
- Strong written English and email communication
- Good attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfortable with documentation-heavy work
- MS Office proficiency required
- Ability to follow SOPs and structured workflows
