Position: Store Manager
Location: Various locations in Patna, Bihar (Working Location is as mentioned, application from anywhere in the country are welcome)
Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day store operations independently.
Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office.
Manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse.
2. Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction:
Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and analyses feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Employee Management and Leadership:
Foster a positive work environment, ensuring staff satisfaction.
Provide training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
4. Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
5. Communication and Reporting:
Maintain effective communication with the corporate office and other locations.
Generate and analyze sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail pharmacy management.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Salary : 4 lacks + incentives
