Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage payroll processing, recruitment activities, employee attendance, leave management, and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and managing attendance through HRMS software, including punch-in and punch-out monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Conduct employee onboarding and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
2. Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, leave records, and overtime details before payroll processing.
- Maintain salary records and payroll reports.
- Coordinate with the finance team regarding salary disbursement.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily employee attendance through HRMS software.
- Track punch-in and punch-out records.
- Follow up with employees for attendance discrepancies.
- Manage employee leave applications and approvals.
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.
4. HRMS Administration
- Manage employee data in HR software.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records in the system.
- Ensure accurate employee information and timely updates.
- Generate HR reports as required by management.
5. Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll, and HR policies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HR software.
- Strong knowledge of attendance and leave management systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and attendance management.
- Experience working with HRMS software is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
