We are looking for bright, enthusiastic freshers to join our Sales Engineering team.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our customers and products, combining sales acumen with engineering knowledge to drive business growth.
This is an ideal role for fresh engineering graduates who want to launch their careers in a dynamic B2B industrial sales environment.
You will work directly with customers, contractors, and project engineers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored valve solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. TECHNICAL SALES & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Identify and approach potential customers (contractors, manufacturers, consultants, project managers) Prepare and deliver product presentations & technical specifications to prospects Understand customer pain points and translate them into technical solutions
Prepare detailed technical quotations
Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and constraints
2. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Develop deep understanding of FLOWSURE valve products and applications Learn technical specifications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages Provide technical guidance to customers on product selection and sizing Support customers with technical documentation, drawings, and installation guidelines Stay updated on industry standards, codes (ISO, API), and best practices
3. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors Serve as the technical point of contact for customer inquiries Address technical questions and concerns professionally Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale through follow-up Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business
4. MARKET RESEARCH & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Research potential target customers in assigned territory Identify market trends and opportunities Provide market feedback to management Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows Network with industry professionals and build industry connections
