Chef de Partie (CDP) - pastry/ Gelato/ Chocolate
Reporting under the Executive/ head chef of the baking kitchen, the CDP handles the area of focus assigned under them. The job duties require a CDP to supervise and guide Commis chef under your division. The employee should have knowledge and hand on experience on gelato and fluent with usage of tempering/panning machines for chocolate.
