Rotational shift
Role: Handle incoming customer calls and help solve their questions or problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls politely.
- Give correct information about products or services.
- Help customers with their queries and complaints.
- Enter call details into the system.
- Forward difficult issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the service.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
