We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and manage security personnel. Preference will be given to retired Army officers/personnel with strong leadership skills and experience in security management.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate security guards and staff.
* Ensure safety and security of premises, employees, and visitors.
* Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.
* Maintain security records and incident reports.
* Handle emergencies and security-related issues effectively.
* Train and guide security personnel on procedures and protocols.
* Monitor entry and exit points and enforce security regulations.
Requirements
* Retired Army officer/personnel preferred.
* Experience in security supervision or related field.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations.
* Basic knowledge of report writing and record keeping.
* Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
