The Technical Trainer, for Product Trg. centre, Bhayla, is responsible for designing and delivering the Trg. modules in English, Hindi & Gujarati languages so as to build skill set of Dealer service staff and company staff engineers ensuring they get updated with evolving technologies.
This role blends both Technical expertise and teaching ability requiring strong communication skills and hands on the relevant product knowledge.
Key responsibilities: a. Curriculum Development , b. Training Delivery, c. Assessment and d. continuous improvement apart from Trg. co-ordination with field, Warranty cell & Tech cell for inputs. Also MIS preparation.
Education & Skills:
Education: Diploma or B Tech in Mech. Engg/Automobile Engg with at least 5-7 Yrs of experience in Automobile Training experience and teaching aptitude for details.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Vehicle systems incl. Electrical Sys & their functionality and their maintenance. Familiar with Diagnostics dongle application and workshop practices.
Soft Skills: Communication skill with presentation abilities/ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts to diverse audiences/ Familiar with organizing and planning abilities.
