Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead – AutoCAD to manage a team of CAD Engineers specializing in Scan-to-CAD conversion projects. The ideal candidate will lead project execution, ensure quality and timely delivery, coordinate with international clients, and mentor team members while maintaining productivity and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of AutoCAD Engineers working on Scan-to-CAD conversion projects.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor daily project workloads to meet client deadlines.
- Review CAD drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client standards.
- Convert point cloud data, scanned drawings, PDFs, and hand sketches into accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers and overseas clients to understand project requirements and resolve technical queries.
- Establish and maintain CAD standards, templates, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct quality checks before project delivery.
- Track team productivity, project progress, and resource utilization.
- Mentor, train, and support team members to improve technical skills and efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance quality and turnaround time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and data security policies.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting).
- Experience in Scan-to-CAD conversion workflows.
- Knowledge of point cloud processing and interpretation.
- Excellent understanding of architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of BIM workflows (preferred)
- Experience with laser scan and point cloud data
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- AutoCAD certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in CAD drafting or Scan-to-CAD services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a CAD production team.
- Experience working with international outsourcing clients is preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
