- Supervise and manage all operations during night hours at the Alleppey location
- Oversee staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle day-to-day operational issues independently
- Manage team performance, discipline, and productivity
- Handle stock and inventory efficiently
- Prepare and maintain daily reports
- Ensure proper coordination and smooth handover with the day shift team
- Perform basic plumbing work (leak fixing, pipe checks)
- Handle minor electrical tasks (lights, switches, basic wiring)
- Carry out general maintenance and upkeep of workplace and equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of machinery and facilities
- Report major repair or maintenance issues to the concerned team
- Requirements
- Age: 30 to 50 years
- Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory/stock handling
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and maintenance work
