JOB DESCRIPTION – AREA BUSINESS MANAGER

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Jewellery Industry is mandatory.
- Store Management Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Jewellery Store Management.
- Gender: Any Gender
- Location Preference: Only candidates currently based in Hyderabad will be preferred.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the overall business performance of assigned jewellery stores.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition to achieve business targets.
- Set and monitor monthly and annual sales targets for stores and sales teams.
- Lead, guide, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor store-wise sales performance, customer footfall, conversion rates, and average billing.
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, sales strategies, and promotional activities.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer escalations effectively.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, product display, and stock management processes.
- Coordinate with Store Managers regarding manpower planning, attendance, training, and employee performance.
- Analyze sales and operational reports and submit regular performance updates to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper product presentation and adherence to jewellery retail standards.
- Develop strategies to improve store performance, customer retention, and overall business growth.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Candidates with experience handling multiple jewellery stores/locations will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and team-management skills are required.
- Candidate should have strong knowledge of jewellery retail sales, customer handling, and store operations.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
