We are looking for a dynamic Operations Head & Business Development Manager to lead operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Workforce Management:
- Build and manage end-to-end manpower operations for domestic & commercial staffing
- Establish strong recruitment channels and partnerships for workforce sourcing
- Create SOPs, verification processes, and quality standards
- Lead operations team, ensure smooth deployment, replacements & customer satisfaction
Business Development & Growth:
- Acquire B2B & B2C clients (RWAs, corporates, factories, retail & hospitality)
- Develop and execute growth strategies to scale customer base and revenue
- Identify new service categories and expansion cities
Leadership:
- Work closely with founders on strategy and scaling operations
- Drive profitability, service quality, and multi-city expansion
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in Manpower Supply, Domestic Staffing, Security Services, Facility Management, Housekeeping, or Blue-Collar Workforce industry
- Proven track record in senior operations + business development role
- Strong experience in team leadership, client acquisition, and building systems from scratch
Preferred Background: Candidates from Domestic Staffing Platforms, Security Services, Facility Management, or Labour Supply companies will be preferred.
