Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the polymer/plastics market.
- Visit existing and prospective clients to understand requirements, present products and build business
- relationships.
- Generate leads through field visits, calling, references, networking and other suitable channels.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for suitable product solutions, quotations, samples and orders.customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Compounding or related industries will be preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) New customers and qualified leads generated
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, samples, trials and purchase orders.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure timely follow-up for repeat and new business.
- Coordinate with production, technical, quality, logistics and accounts teams for smooth order execution and
- Collect market information including customer requirements, competitor activity, pricing and demand trends.
- Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry status, customer database and sales activity records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to customer acquisition and business growth.
- Relevant experience in sales / business development; experience in Polymer, Plastics, Masterbatch,
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in meeting customers and handling field sales activities independently.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence, as client visits may be required from time to time.
- Willingness to travel within assigned industrial areas / client locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email and WhatsApp for Business is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and disciplined with good follow-up skills.
- Graduate / Diploma qualification preferred.

Location:- Noida, Bhiwadi, Bawana , Chennai
Experience Required:- 1-3yrs
Office Timings :- 9-5:30pm
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
