Job Overview
Be10x is looking for a Product Manager to own a core domain of our consumer product end-to-end.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for taking products from problem discovery and ideation to strategy, roadmap, development, launch, measurement, and continuous optimisation.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, and Product leadership while being accountable for business outcomes such as engagement, retention, activation, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product/domain end-to-end, from identifying customer problems to delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
- Conduct product discovery using user research, behavioural data, and business insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, engagement, retention, activation, and conversion.
- Analyse funnels, cohorts, user journeys, and product performance to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
- Create clear PRDs, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to plan, build, launch, and iterate features.
- Make product prioritisation and trade-off decisions based on customer value and business impact.
- Drive the complete product lifecycle: Discovery → Strategy → Roadmap → Development → Launch → Measurement → Optimisation.
- Design and run A/B tests and product experiments and use learnings to improve the product.
- Monitor product KPIs and continuously optimise product performance.
- Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around product direction and priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience in a B2C / consumer digital product.
- Proven experience in end-to-end product ownership.
- Ability to independently own a product/domain and drive it from problem identification to measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of Product Strategy, Product Vision, Product Roadmapping, Product Discovery, and Product Execution.
- Strong product sense and ability to identify high-impact customer problems.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and product analytics skills.
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar product analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, user journeys, engagement, retention, activation, and conversion metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, hypothesis-driven product development, and iteration.
- Strong skills in writing PRDs, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make product trade-offs based on customer impact, business value, data, and technical feasibility.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align Engineering, Design, Product, and Leadership.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams to ship products/features from concept to production.
- Ability to take complete ownership of problems and drive them to resolution without requiring constant supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile product development environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in EdTech, E-learning, LMS, or consumer learning products.
- Experience in Growth, Lifecycle, Engagement, or Retention Product Management.
- Experience working on customer acquisition and activation funnels.
- Experience shipping products across Web and Mobile (iOS/Android).
- Experience working in a high-growth consumer technology/product company.
