Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new international customers and distributors.
Generate export sales inquiries through email, LinkedIn, trade portals, trade fairs, and cold calling.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales proposals.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with overseas buyers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely shipments.
Handle export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
Monitor customer orders from inquiry to delivery.
Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and competitors.
Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Knowledge of export procedures, shipping terms, and international trade.
Familiarity with Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, etc.).
Understanding of payment methods such as Letter of Credit (LC), Advance Payment, Documents Against Payment (D/P), and Documents Against Acceptance (D/A).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in export sales or international business.
Experience with international B2B customers and export documentation is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
