Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering
Experience: 8-10 years, preferably in automotive/manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical maintenance of plant machinery, CNC/VMC, forging and utility equipment.
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- PLC, drives, control panels and industrial automation troubleshooting.
- Ensure machine availability and minimize breakdown time.
- Electrical safety, statutory compliance and maintenance records.
- Spare-parts planning and maintenance scheduling.
- Lead electrical maintenance team and coordinate with production.
- Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Preferred Skills: Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLC, AC/DC drives, electrical drawings, troubleshooting, automation and industrial safety.
Salary: As per experience and interview.
