Key Responsibilities
: • Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products and convert inquiries into sales. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Record interactions and sales activities in the CRM. • Handle objections professionally and close sales. • Collaborate with the sales team and share customer insights.
Requirements
: • Experience in tele sales or call center sales. • Build positive customer relationships and follow up on marketing leads. • Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills. • Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer and CRM skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
