Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrician with strong knowledge of industrial machinery electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment and machine control systems to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines and control panels.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
- Diagnose and rectify issues related to motors, contactors, relays, MCBs, MCCBs, sensors, and limit switches.
- Maintain electrical control panels and power distribution systems.
- Check and replace faulty electrical components.
- Ensure proper machine operation after repairs and maintenance.
- Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and report recurring issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience in machine wiring and electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of motors, drives (VFD), PLC basics, relays, contactors, timers, and sensors.
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.
- Understanding of electrical control panels and power circuits.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Exposure to CNC, VMC, SPM, or other production machinery electrical systems is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
