IIG Arts Academy is dedicated to promoting art, culture, talent development, and community engagement through various educational and cultural initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic District Coordinator to support our district-level operations and event management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with district-level authorities, educational institutions, cultural organizations, and local stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and execute events, competitions, workshops, and awareness programs conducted by the academy.
- Ensure smooth communication between the academy and district representatives.
- Assist in participant registration, venue coordination, and event logistics.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to district activities.
- Mobilize participants and promote academy programs across the district.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with schools, colleges, and local organizations.
- Travel within the district as required for program implementation and coordination.
- Submit activity reports and updates to the management team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to organize and manage events effectively.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the district.
- Prior experience in event coordination, education, NGO, cultural, or community engagement activities will be preferred.
