Core Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality hot and cold beverages (espressos, lattes, teas) according to standardized recipes, often incorporating latte art.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and make personalized recommendations.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Safely operate, clean, and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Cash Handling: Process payments using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash, and balance the register.
- Sanitation & Upkeep: Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize counters, and keep seating areas welcoming and organized.
- Inventory Management: Restock supplies, rotate stock, and notify managers when ingredients or materials run low.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of coffee beans, roasts, dairy alternatives, and extraction techniques.
- Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to stay efficient and calm while fulfilling multiple orders during peak rush hours.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, patient, and positive attitude, with the ability to build rapport with regular customers.
- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long hours, lift heavy objects (e.g., milk crates, coffee bean bags), and perform repetitive tasks
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
