Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate US domestic freight shipments, including FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less Than Truckload).
Communicate with carriers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Track shipments, provide regular status updates, and proactively resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Prepare operational reports and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations.
Required Qualifications
Experience in US logistics, freight operations, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of US domestic transportation, including FTL and LTL operations.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in TMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work US night shifts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
