Job Description:
We are looking for a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects, generate qualified leads, and support business development activities for IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, company size, and decision-makers.
- Research potential clients and maintain an updated lead database.
- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn and support outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth lead handover.
- Track lead generation activities and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn Sales Navigator features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation and prospect research.
- Experience in identifying decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the IT services industry is preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
