We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Electric 2-Wheeler Showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing showroom activities, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales performance, and leading the showroom team to achieve business targets.
Showroom Operations
- Manage day-to-day showroom activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, display standards, and vehicle presentation.
- Ensure all EV models are properly showcased and available for customer demonstrations.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Greet and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electric vehicles.
- Coordinate and monitor test rides.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a superior buying experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
