Job Title: L2 IT Support EngineerJob Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive L2 IT Support Engineer to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, Windows Server management, firewall configuration, VPN setup, desktop support, IP telephony, CCTV systems, and wireless networking. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues while ensuring high system availability and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle L2 technical escalations and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Install, configure, and manage Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and File Servers.
- Provide advanced desktop and end-user support.
- Configure and manage firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos, or Cisco) and implement security policies.
- Configure and maintain SSL VPN and Site-to-Site IPsec VPN connections.
- Manage wireless networks, access points, and network connectivity.
- Perform user and server backup and recovery operations.
- Support and maintain IP Telephony and CCTV infrastructure.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintain IT asset records.
- Ensure system security, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, or IT Support.
- Experience working in an enterprise or multi-location environment is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- CCNA, Microsoft, Fortinet, Sophos, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
